Vajpayee donates Rs 25 lakh for flood relief in Bihar
Patna, Sep 28 (UNI) Concerned with the plight of the people displaced by the catastrophic floods in North Bihar, former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee today donated Rs 25 lakh from his MP fund for the flood relief work.
BJP national incharge of media Sanjay Mayukh said in a fax message here that apart from Rs 25 lakh, Mr Vajpayee also donated his one month's salary for the flood victims.
Mr Vajpayee has donated the amount to the Chief Minister's relief fund.
