New York, Sep 28: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh left for France after completing the first leg of his tour to the United States to attend India-EU Summit at Marseille and the bilateral India-France Summit with French President Nicolas Sarkozy in Paris.

The Prime Minister will have discussions at the India-EU Summit on Monday, Sep 29 and will meet with the French President on Sep 30 before leaving for home. In Paris, India and France are expected to sign a nuclear framework agreement for cooperation in civilian nuclear energy.
