Gandhi Peace Examination on Sep 30

Mumbai, Sep 28: The Bombay Sarvodaya Mandal will conduct the 'Gandhi Peace Examination' on Sep 30 to mark the International Non-violence Day on Oct 2. The examination, being conducted with an aim to spread the message of peace and non-violence amongst the youth, will witness participation of at least 5,850 students at four centres in the city, a statement issued here said on Saturday, Sep 27.

Now-a-days, students are resorting to weapons to solve their disputes and gun culture is developing across the world rapidly, only the virtue of non-violence and love towards humanity will help the youth in sustaining their morality, it added.
