20 SP workers held in Betul, Mp

Betul, MP, Sep 28: Twenty Samajwadi Party workers, including Party legislator Dr Sunilam, were arrested at Multai in Betul district for staging demonstration during the 'Jan Ashirwad Yatra' here today.

Party sources said Dr Sunilam and other party workers were staging protest against the 'Jan Ashirwad Yatra' of the BJP. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was in Multai today.

The arrests were made as a precautionary measure to avoid disruption of peace.
