UTI Mutual Fund launches financial center in Jammu

Jammu, Sep 27 (UNI) In a bid to extend its branches, UTI Mutual Fund today launched its 97th branch in winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir.

''Our distribution expansion is in-line with our strategy of making our products and services easily accessible to our investors,'' U K Sinha, Chairman and Managing Director, UTI AMC said at a press conference here.

The company aims to launch 200 centres across the country by March next year.

Mr Sinha said it is endeavour to enable investors across the country to share the benefits of growth of the Indian economy.

''UTI Mutual Fund has a very wide distribution network, which is spread across the length and breadth of the country. During this fiscal year company proposes to further expand its distribution network covering around 422 districts,'' Mr Sinha asserted.

However, the new center will cover maximum districts in all the three regions of the state.
