Sonia assures to root out terrorism
New Delhi, Sep 27 (UNI) Condemning ''the terrorist attack,'' which the ruling Congress said left three dead, including a child, and 22 injured, party president Sonia Gandhi today reassured the nation that everything will be done to ''root out terrorism from the landscape of India.'' Expressing her shock, the Congress president said immediate action should be taken to nab the culprits with firmness.
''Appropriate measures should be taken to give immediate medical aid to the injured and also to provide succour to the bereaved,'' her statement released by party's media department chairman M Veerappa Moily said.
Ms Gandhi said, ''Delhi administration should remain vigilant against such dastardly and gruesome act of terrorism.'' UNI SAA PD CS1842
