Six persons arrested in murder case

Agartala, Sep 27 (UNI) Police recovered a decomposed dead body from the bordering locations under PR Bari area of South Tripura and arrested six persons in this case.

Police said the victim, identified as Manik Tripura (48), had been missing since August 30.

One of the accused Bahar Mian Bachhu Mian of the village had taken away the victim with them on that day and afterwards Manik went missing.

Police revealed that Manik Tripura was killed by Budhi Tripura, Tapan Tripura, Dipu Tripura and two others, who alleged that the victim was an exorcist.
