GEISA hosts ''IT, ITES SEZ Conclave''

Ahmedabad, Sep 27 (UNI) Gujarat Electronics and Software Industries Association (GESIA) today organized the first edition of ''IT, ITES SEZ Conclave'' for the state's IT, ITES companies and SEZs, to provide them with a platform for the development of the industry in Gujarat.

The conclave brought the IT-SEZ developers along with Industry and Government representatives together in a common forum here. The conclave saw eminent experts from the industry, alongwith real estate firms, advisory companies and government officials, converge to exchange information and clarify issues regarding IT/ITES SEZ.

GESIA president Nirvan Shah said, ''GESIA is willing to develop relationship between ICT industry and the IT SEZ developers. Besides generating IT growth, investments, and skilled employment, the SEZs will also lead to growth in other verticals.'' UNI PVN SR NP1351
