Kerala: Loco pilot injured in stone pelting
Kannur, Sep 26: Loco pilot of the Coimbatore-Kannur (No 611) passenger train was injured when unidentified persons pelted stones at the train while nearing Thalassery railway station on Thursday, Sep 25 night.
Loco pilot N Baburaj (44), hailing from Kozhikode, was injured on his forehead and admitted to the cooperative hospital here, railway officials said.
The train was detained for two hours following the incident.
