KVK employees stage agitation to press demands

Puducherry, Sep 26 (UNI) Employees of the Perumthalaivar Kamaraj Krishi Vigayan Kendra(KVK) owing to their allegiance to the CITU and BKMU today resorted to a novel form of agitation to press their demands.

They took out a procession from the KVK at Kurumambet here to the Legislative Assembly with begging bowls in their arms and held a demonstration in front of the Legislative Assembly on their arrival.

They demanded the immediate implementation of the Sixth Pay Commission recommendations applicable for the government employees.
