HC dismisses PIL against MTA strike as ''infructuous''
Chandigarh, Sep 23 (UNI) The Haryana and Punjab High Court has dismissed as infructuous a the Public Interest Litigation filed during the strike by the PGI Medical Technologists Association (MTA) seeking a direction that the strike be immediately curbed in the interest of patient care.
A Division Bench consisting of Hon'ble Chief Justice Tirath Singh Thakur and Hon'ble Justice Surya Kant Sharma, observed that the strike has been called off and the petitioner by Ajay Jagga, Advocate was satisfied with this outcome.
