Educomp Solutions inks pact with Karnataka, Chhattisgarh govts
New Delhi, Sep 26 (UNI) Educomp Solutions Ltd, a globally diversified education solutions provider, today said it has signed a five-year contract worth Rs 109 crore with the Karnataka government for imparting computer-aided education in 1,571 schools of the state.
The company has signed the agreement with Department of State Education Research&Training (DSERT), Government of Karnataka, towards this effect, it said in a statement.
Meanwhile, it added it has also signed an agreement with the Chhattisgarh government for providing computer-aided education in 52 hostels.
With these, the Educomp's reach would extend to a total of 5.8 million students in India.
