Srinagar, Sep 25 (UNI) The Internet service being provided by the for internet users in Kashmir Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) remained down for the second day today in the Kashmir valley.

Sorry your server is not responding was the only answer the internet users were getting in the Kashmir valley since yesterday.

The frequent failure of the internet service of the BSNL has badly affected students, professionals, mediapersons and financial institutions.

However, there was no reply from the BSNL authorities about the nature of fault in the system, the alleged the customers who threatened to approach consumer court against the poor service.

A BSNL officer when contacted said the link was down since yesterday. We are on the job, he said.

The internet users, which included students said they could not contact their institutions outside the valley, affecting their studies.

Professionals, including doctors said the internet failure had affected their business.

It had also affected the media organisations and correspondent working for different newspapers and news agencies in the country and abroad. Normal work in the Financial institutions was also affected.
