Loaded truck goes missing under mysterious circumstances in Bihar
Munger, Sep 25 (UNI) A truck, carrying goods worth more than Rs 72 lakh, of a Kolkata-based tobacco giant to Andhra Pradesh from here, remained traceless for over 10 days now under 'mysterious circumstances', police said today.
Quoting an FIR filed by the truck owner in Basudevpur police station, police said the truck might have been hijacked by unidentifed miscreants somewhere in the state while it was on way to Hyderabad.
As both the driver and their helper also went missing along with the vehicle, police raided their houses at Sandalpur village near here but failed to trace them.
Efforts were being made to trace the missing vehicle and their occupants, police added.
