Jammu Court frames charges against Capt Chataniya
Jammu, Sep 25 (UNI) A local court framed charges against Captain Chataniya Bhatwadaker, husband of deceased army officer Captain Megha Razdan, and fixed a calendar for hearing of the case.
After hearing the advocates appearing for the accused and the State, the Court yesterday framed charges against Captain Chataniya under Sections 306/498-A (abetment and cruelty) of the Ranbir Penal Code.
Captain Chataniya was arrested by the police on the charge of abetting the murder of his wife, Captain Megha Razdan, who was found hanging at their residential quarter at Kunjwani on July 1, 2007.
