Autoline acquires 49 pc stake in automobile design

{image-Autoline Industries_25092008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, Sep 25: Autoline Industries Ltd on Thursday, Sep 25 said its Cyprus-based unit Koderat has acquired a 49 per cent stake in Italy's automobile design firm SZ Design Srl and Zagato Srl.

Koderat has also entered into a deal with Icon Development SA, under which Autoline will have the right to raise its stake in the firms to 60 per cent in three years, the company said in a statement. However, no financial details of the deal were disclosed.
