Aeronautical Engineer K G Vivek passed away

Bangalore, Sept 25 (UNI) Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) Project Director K G Vivek died in the wee hours of today following a massive cardiac arrest.

He was 52. He was survived by his wife and a daughter.

His death was a big loss to the LCA programme which was on the way to final stage of induction.

An ace Aeronautical Engineer of more than 26 years of service, Mr Vivek, from IIT Chennai, had significantly contributed in the development of LCA programme particularly in the general systems, according to a release from Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) here.

The mortel remains of Mr Vivek would be cremated at Tirvandram tomorrow (September 26).
