Students donate money for disabled children
Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, Sep 24 (UNI) Students of the Millennium Public School today contributed Rs 50,000 to the Institute for Training, Relief and Rehabilitation of the Disabled and the Disinherited children (ITRRAD).
At a function held at the school here, the students presented the money to the institute through Collector Gopalakrishna Dwivedi, who was the chief guest on the occasion.
Corporator Baswa Chandra Mouli also announced donation of Rs 1,000 to the Institute.
The Collector, while appreciating the gesture of the students, called upon other school students to emulate them.
