School girl killed in bus accident

Kannur, Sep 24 (UNI) A seven-year-old girl was killed in a bus accident at Madapam near Sreekandapuram today.

Police said Daniya Philip (7), a second class student of Podikulam Mary Giri School, was knocked down by a private bus, which was going to Sreekandapuram from Kannur.

The incident occurred while she was waiting for the school bus.
