UP CM condemns Graziano CEO murder; orders probe

Lucknow, Sept 23 (UNI) Condemning the gruesome killing of CEO and Managing Director of Graziano Transmission Lalit Kumar Choudhary in Delhi's satellite town of Greater Noida yesterday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minsiter Mayawati said the BSP government is committed to the security of industralists and no one would be allowed to mock the law and order in the state.

The UP CM has ordered the DIG (Meerut Zone) to probe the case and said the murder of the Italian subsidiary head was a sad incident.

Ms Mayawati has also issued suspension orders for Bisrakh SHO Jagmohan Sharma, besides issuing shifting orders for other personnel concerned from the police station.

The CM said, however, police swung in action after being informed about the incident, the SHO had been suspended for laxity in duty.

Maintaining, the law and order situation in the state is BSP's first priority and the state government is committed to providing security to every section of society.

She further expressed profound grief over the demise of Choudhary and said police had been instructed to maintain a strict vigil to avert a recurrence of such incident.

Yesterday, dismissed and disgruntled employees of Graziano had attacked Choudhary and other officials of the company following which he succumbed to his injuries.
