SEBI issues consent order to Parklight Investment Pvt Ltd
Mumbai, Sep 23 (UNI) Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed consent order on application submitted by Parklight Investment Private Limited, Uday H Vora and others in matter of ETP corporation, E-Star infotech ltd and SMR Univeral.
The applicants have remitted a total sum of Rs one crore towards the terms of consent.
Parklight Securities Limited, a broking firm of Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and Calcutta Stock Exchange, will remain suspended for a period of three-months from the date of the order, a release issued by SEBI said here today.
