BJP organises Sankalpa Yatra in AP

Visakhapatnam, Sep 23(UNI) The BJP today organised ''Sanklapa Yatra'' here and in the coastal Andhra Pradesh as part of the nationwide programme to spread the message of the party prime-ministerial candidate L K Advani in the runup to general elections.

Former Minister of State Defence and noted cine-star U K Krishnam Raju, addressing the gathering at the road shows alleged that the ruling Congress government in the state was indulging in corruption in the name of Jalayagnam and land sale.

Appealing to the people to vote for the BJP in the interest of the nation, he said the BJP alone had the ability to grant statehood to Telangana.
