BJP govt committed to develop twin cities: CM
Hubli, Sept 23 (UNI) The BJP Government in Karnataka was committed to develop the twin cities of Hubli and Dharwad and it was ready to allocate Rs 100 crore once the officials came out with an action plan, Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa said today.
Speaking to the newspersons here after releasing the action plan 'Ahead', he said that the Government was totally committed to develop this city as a whole. Several plans were in the pipeline which would be implemented in a phased manner, he said.
Minister in Charge of Dharwad district Murugesh Nirani, Water Resource Minister Basavaraj Bommai and Member of Parliament Pralhad Joshi were present.
