6 killed in AP as lorry turns turtle

Mahaboobnagar, Andhra Pradesh, Sep 23 (UNI) Six people, including three women, were killed and a few injured when an orange-laden lorry, in which they were travelling, overturned at Ghanapur village in Achampeta of the district today.

According to police, the lorry, which was proceeding to Devarakonda in Nalgonda District from Ghanapur, turned turtle when the driver lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a curve.

The injured were admitted to a local hospital. The details of the injured were not known immediately.
