Industrialist arrested for electricity pilferage
Patna, Sep 22 (UNI) An industrialist and owner of Dadijee Steel Bijay Gupta was today arrested and sent to Beur jail for pilferage of electricity worth crores of rupees.
Official sources said here that a raid was conducted at Dadijee steel complex following complaints against the industrialist in connection with pilferage of electricity.
The sources said the industrialist was found guilty of pilferage of electricity in his industrial complex in the patna city area.
Mr Gupta was arrested from Alamganj police station area and was produced before the court which latter sent him to jail.
