Hoax threat in school

Mumbai, Sep 22 (UNI) Panic spread in a school at Santacruz in the western suburbs here, after a letter threatening to blow up the school was received today.

The letter was received by Podar High School at around 1240 hrs, police said.

The school was immediately vacated and a search operation was launched by the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS), who found nothing suspicious. It turned out to be a hoax call, police said.
