Hero Mindmine Institute launches English training programmes

Chennai, Sep 22 (UNI) Hero Mindmine Institute Limited, a leading Training and Consulting Organization, today launched its state-of- the-art learning centre for English Training Programmes in the city.

The training would help aspirants to become more competitive and make them employable, Institute Business Head Ashok George told reporters.

The Instiute has been receiving overwhelming response from business partners as their centres were witnessing a phenomenal number of candidates registering for English Training programmes.

''Hero Mindmine, as an organisation, has grown exceptionally well in the last two years. Today, we have over 170 centres in India. In Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, we have ten centers each and by the end of this year we will add another 20'', he adde.

Observing not unemployment but unemployability was the major problem, he said over 90 per cent of the country's college and school outputs do not have adequate practical knowledge to take up work.

To contribute in enhancing employability, Hero Mindmine runs programmes pertaining to Call Centre training, Spoken English and courses meant for students looking out at a career in the retail industry.

''The training programme in English helps beginners to start speaking English, corrects basic grammar structure and builds confidence, enhances fluency in English and enriches language along with voice and accent.'' he said.

Mr George said Call Centre Programme was aimed at providing training in the field of BPO training and placements.

This programme uses latest computer-based training techniques and provides personalized coaching to candidates. The learning centres also touch upon finer nuances of personality development, including soft skills, behavioral training, corporate etiquettes and effective communication techniques.
