Two militant hideouts busted by security forces in J-K

Jammu, Sept 21 : Security forces busted two militant hideouts and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition from them in Poonch and Reasi districts of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

Troops of 27 Rastriya Rifles, acting on a tip off, launched a search operation and busted a cave hideout in Oran-Rathiri area in Poonch district, according to reports.

Ten Chinese-made hand grenades, 13 UGBL grenades, 252 Pika rifle rounds, 240 AK rifle rounds and eight AK rifle magazines were recovered from there, they said.

Another hideout was busted in Larhumba area in Reasi district and one UBGL with four grenades, 18 AK rifle magazines, one SLR magazine, a pistol magazine and 93 pika rounds were recovered.
