War against terror in full swing : Congress
New Delhi, Sep 19 (UNI) The Congress today said it was happy that the war against terror was in full swing, and asked the government to spare any effort to deal terror with a firm hand.
Reacting to the reports about the police encounter with suspected Indian Mujahideen terrorists in which two people were killed and three were arrested, AICC spokesman Abhishek Manu Singhvi said every citizen should come forward to cooperate fully with the security agencies against the onslaught on democracy.
''There is no doubt that the security forces will continue to stand rock firm against all efforts of the terrorists to misguide and misrepresent,'' he said.
