Robbery at Malegaon, watchman killed
Nashik, Sep 19 (UNI) Burglars murdered a watchman of a jewellery shop and made off with gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 6.5 lakh near M S G College, Soygaon Road in Malegoan Camp today.
According to police, the miscreants looted the jewellery shop owned by Sharad Dusane early this morning, after strangling the watchman Laxman Ananda Ahire (55), resident of the same locality.
The cost of the stolen goods may increase, as the investigations are in progress, police said.
