Life term awarded to three in murder case
Gopalganj, Sep 19 (UNI) A fast track court today awarded life imprisonment to three accused in a murder case.
Fast track court judge Kiran Shankar found guilty Suresh Dutt Singh, Adalat Singh and Benarsi Singh under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to life imprisonment in a murder case.
According to the charges, the victim Ramchandra Singh, of Ahirouli village under Gopalpur police station, was kidnapped and killed by the accused on September 28, 1992.
