BJP creates flood relief fund for Bihar victims in UP

Lucknow, Sep 19 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party today appealed to the people to help Bihar flood victims through donation in the newly created Relief Fund at the party headquarters here.

Terming the menace in Bihar as a 'natural calamity,' Uttar Pradesh BJP president Ramapati Ram Tripathi said a large population was rendered homeless due to deluge, therefore, more and more should be contributed towards the cause.

He also said September 22 would be observed as Flood Relief Day by the party.
