Bank unions to go on strike on Sep 24-25 in Manipur

Imphal, Sep 19 (UNI) The United Forum of Bank Unions has announced a two-day bank strike on September 24 and 25 in the state.

The strike has been called to oppose privatisation of banks, Raghuram Rajan Committee recommendations, Hoda Committee report, merger of Public Sector banks and unrestricted entry of FDI in banking sector, union sources said.
