US Senate to discuss Indo-US civilian nuke deal today

Washington, Sept 18 : US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs William J Burns is likely to discuss the Indo-US civilian nuclear cooperation deal today.

The US Senate is scheduled to testify at a hearing of Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.

Democrat Chris Dodd will preside over the hearing as Joseph Biden, the Democratic vice-presidential candidate is busy with his campaigning.
