PPCL bags National Safety award

Puducherry, Sep 18 (UNI) The Puducherry Power Corporation Limited(PPCL), a government undertaking has bagged the National Safety award.

According to an official release here today, PPCL was adjudged "joint winner" of the award for the year 2006.

PPCL Managing director R Dattatrayulu received the award from Union Minister of State for Labour and Employment Oscar Fernandes at a function in New Delhi yesterday.
