Pak ''violates'' ceasefire yet again in Poonch
Jammu, Sep 18 (UNI) Yet in another ceasefire ''violation'', bullets were fired on the Indian Posts from across the border in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources here today said.
''The firing from across the border on Line of Control (LoC) in Balakote Post of tehsil Mendhar hit the Indian side today during wee hours,'' official sources told UNI.
There were no reports of any causalty or injury to the security personnel on this side of the border.
''Whether its the militants or Pakistani troops that have opened fire on the Indian post is yet to be ascertained,'' sources said asserting, ''The Indian side did not retaliate.'' Ceasefire violation has become a routine matter from across the border on Line of Control (LoC) and on International Border (IB) in mountainous Poonch, Rajouri districts and Akhnoor and Samba Sectors of Jammu.
