MP: 10 yrs' RI for smuggling drugs

Mandsaur (MP), Sep 17: A special court has sentenced one person to 10 years' rigorous imprisonment on the charge of smuggling drugs and fined him Rs one lakh failing which his term would be extended by one year.

According to prosecution, Jitendra Gajanan alias Raju was arrested from a truck along with 12 kg smack on April 28, 2004.

Judge R D Bhalawi delivered the verdict yesterday.
