Wesley Clover acquires Telesoft Services
New Delhi, Sept 16 (UNI) Wesley Clover Communication Solutions (WCCS) today said it has acquired Pune-based software engineering services firm Telesoft.
''Telesoft will now operate as the ''Technology Division'' of Wesley Clover Communication Solutions. Our customers in India will benefit greatly from our new Technology Division through features and applications developed expressly for the Indian market,'' said WCCS CEO and MD Anil Khosla in a statement.
WCCS brings solutions for the Indian market, including IP telephony solutions of Mitel, IP Video Security and Surveillance solutions and financial services solutions of Recognia and English language communication technology solutions by NeuroLanguage.
