Terrorism to be strongly dealt with: CM
Sagar, MP, Sep 16 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that terrorism would not be allowed to spread its tentacles in the state and the government had enacted stringent legislation to deal with it.
Addressing the 'Jan Ashirwad Yatra' here last night, Mr Chouhan took a dig at the Centre alleging the Centre had been creating an obstacle in making Dr Hari Gaur University as a Central University.
''The Centre cut power from the state's quota of 350 MW to create power crisis in the state'', said Mr Chouhan, adding that he had given account of development carried out during his tenure.
He unveiled the statue of Bundelkhand's martyr Avantibai. Public Relations Minister Lakshmikant Sharma was also present along with Agriculture Minister Gopal Bhargav.
