Reliance to invest Rs 2000 cr in insurance
Mumbai, Sep 16: Reliance Capital the financial arm of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG), has drawn its road map to foray into various sectors including a Rs 2,000 crore investment in insurance operations. Addressing the Company AGM, ADAG Chairman Anil Ambani said the company was planing foray into institutional broking and Private Equity business and also asset reconstruction business besides the banking sector, when it receives the necessary permission from the regulators.
''Biggest risk to global market is multi-dimensional US credit crisis,'' he said.
