Hot and humid weather returns in the state capital

Patna, Sep 16 (UNI) A day after rain and thundershower brought some respite from sultry weather, humidity returned in the state capital and its adjoining areas following the soaring mercury level.

The scorching day led to a rise in maximum temperature from 32 degrees Celsius yesterday to 34.1 degrees celsius today.

Minimum temperature was recorded at 26.3 degrees celsius.

Some respite from the hot and humid weather could be in the offing in coming days with weathermen forecasting partly cloudy sky with the possibility of rain or thundershowers in the city during next 24 hours.
