Militants slaughter a person in Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep 15 (UNI) A person was kidnapped and later slaughtered by militants in south Kashmir, official sources said today.

Militants kidnapped one Mohammad Ashraf Rather at Dadran Behak in south Kashmir district of Kulgam recently.

He was later slaughtered, sources said adding the body was recovered today.

This was the first such incident in south Kashmir during the past six months.
