Glodyne signs agreement with BSEDC for Rs 284 cr project
Mumbai, Sep 15 (UNI) Glodyne Technoserve Limited, through its subsidiary Smaarftech Technologies Private Limited, has signed an agreement with Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation (BSEDC) for executing a turnkey technology project worth Rs 284 crore for implementing the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) in Bihar.
Smaarftech, the leader of a Consortium consisting of other members including Face Technologies, a South African Government owned Technology Company, and Anil Printers Limited, has won this order, which is a built, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) project executable over a period of five years, a release issued here said.
The project would involve technology infrastructure management and smart card solution management. This project would help the Government to cover the rural masses under various government schemes for the benefit of the underprivileged.
