Pan pumps $10mn into Sobha's B'lore project
{image-Sobha Developers_15092008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, Sep 15: Real estate major Sobha Developers Ltd on Monday, Sep 15 said Dubai-based Pan Atlantic LLC will infuse an additional 10 million dollars as Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the company's residential township project in Bangalore.
''The company has received additional 10 million dollars in its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) as FDI from Pan Atlantic LLC for its project at Hosahalli in South Bangalore,'' it said in a statement. The project is spread over 13.27 acres with total developable area of more than 17 lakhs sq ft of residential township, the statement said.
