LIC robbery case cracked in UP; 3 held

Sultanpur, Sep 14 (UNI) Police today solved the recent Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) robbery case with the arrests of three people and recovery of Rs five lakh here.

The arrested were identified as security guard Satya Prakash Tiwari and his two accomplices Shailendra and Veerendra, Police Superintendent Durgacharan Mishra told mediapersons.

Police has also launched a manhunt to nab their other aides.

On September one, armed men had stromed into the LIC office at Kadipur bazaar and decamped with Rs 14 lakh.
