Slain LeT militants identified in Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep 13 (UNI) Both the Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) militants killed yesterday in an encounter in the frontier district of Kupwara have been identified as locals, police spokesman said today.

He said two militants were killed at Chunti Marg in Kupwara yesterday during an encounter with security forces.

The spokesman said the militants have been identified as Sajad Ahmad Reshi and Zameer Ahmad Rather. Two ak rifles and other arms and ammunition were recovered from the slain militants.
