Maoist gun down BJP leader and his brother

Hajipur, Sep 12 (UNI) Armed guerillas of proscribed CPI(Maoist) shot dead a BJP leader Subodh kumar Singh and his brother at Ghosbari village under town police station area in Vishali district tonight.

Police said that about 30 armed guerillas attacked the residence of BJP leader Subodh Kumar Singh and fired indiscriminately killing him and his brother on the spot. Three others including the wife of the BJP leader sustained serious injuries in the incident, police added.

''All the three injured had been admitted to Sadar Hospital'', police said adding the raids were been carried out to nab the killer.
