J'khand: Govt intervenes, advocate Garodia resigns
Ranchi, Sep 13: Jharkhand Advocate General S B Garodia has tendered his resignation to Chief Minister Shibu Soren following intervention by Governor Syed Sibtey Razi.
Raj Bhavan sources said on Saturday, Sep 13 that initially Mr Garodia was reluctant to resign, alleging that the new government under a new Chief Minister was being run by the same coalition.
However, Mr Garodia tendered his resignation late last night following Mr Razi's intervention, the sources added.
