Heather Mills denies penning semi-autobiographical novel

Washington, Sept 13 : Sir Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills has slammed rumours that she is penning a semi-autobiographical novel, claiming that right now she is just trying to mend her broken heart following the break-up of her marriage.

It was claimed that Mills was planning to write a book on her life experiences with a model at its centre, who marries a global superstar.

However, the 40-year-old has insisted that there isn't any book in the pipeline.

"These book rumours are nonsense. I am trying to move on, spend time with my daughter and get on with my charitable work. It's been a terrible period for everyone," Contactmusic quoted her, as telling People.

Mills received a 50 million dollar settlement from MCCartney in March.
