Pondy CM to leave for Delhi tomorrow

Puducherry, Sep 12 (UNI) Puducherry Chief Minister V Vaithilingam will be leaving for New Delhi tomorrow.

According to official sources, Mr Vaithilingam, a member of the Congress Working Committee, would attend the CWC meeting in New Delhi tomorrow and call on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress President Sonia Gandhi, among others.

PCC President A V Subramanian, had already left for New Delhi today, to attend the CWC meeting.

It is learnt that Mr Vaithilingam will stay back in New Delhi till September 14 when all his cabinet collegues would reach the capital.

They would meet Prime Minister and submit a report on the financial requirement prepared after a cabinet meeting here two days ago.
